This page describes EazyShoot's privacy approach for customer uploads, communication, previews, final files and deletion requests.

Information we collect
- Contact details such as name, email, phone number and booking details.
- Uploaded customer photos and optional notes about themes, occasions, outfits and delivery needs.
- Payment and order metadata required to complete the booking.
- Basic website analytics for improving the service.
How we use customer photos
Customer images are used to create the requested EazyShoot project, share previews, complete revisions and deliver final files. We do not publish customer photos, use them in public samples or use them for AI training without explicit written permission.
Retention and deletion
Customers can request deletion of uploaded photos and project files. EazyShoot aims to comply within 48 hours where technically and legally possible. See the dedicated data deletion page for the request process.
